An exciting opportunity exists for a marketing professional to join the team at the Adelaide Festival of Arts. Experience working in a marketing role for festivals, events or arts organisations is essential and a tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or Media (or similar) is desirable.
Key responsibilities include assisting in the development of comprehensive marketing campaigns, liaison with various advertising suppliers and booking the festival’s media schedule, contribution to the maintenance of the company’s CRM system, liaison with ticketing agencies, researching and writing engaging, word-perfect content for online and print as well as contributing to the festival’s social media presence. The Marketing Coordinator is also responsible for the festival’s signage program and distribution of printed promotional materials.

An exciting opportunity exists for a part time (0.6) Philanthropy Specialist to join the Adelaide Festival team.
Key responsibilities include assisting with developing and implementing philanthropy campaigns and programs, their administration, and the organisation and staging of professional events that contribute to the Festival’s reputation and brand. In addition the position is expected to work to budget targets set for the philanthropy program and have the ability to identify and engage with potential and existing benefactors.
Experience working in a similar role is essential and tertiary qualifications are desirable.

The Adelaide Festival of Arts is seeking a Business Development Executive who will work closely with the Business Development & Philanthropy Manager to develop new sponsorships and partnerships. The position is expected to secure mid-level cash and in kind sponsors, create integrated leveraging sponsorship concepts and service sponsors needs at events and functions.
The position will also work closely with Marketing, Production and Programming departments to develop and implement strategies that secure new sponsorships as well as maintaining existing sponsorship relationships and arrangements.
The successful candidate will have:
• At least 4 years’ experience working in a sponsorship development or related sales environment.
• An established network of business contacts and experience working with them to leverage business opportunities
• Experience organising and delivering sponsor functions.
• Proven planning, research, analysis and reporting skills.
• Sound networking and communication skills
Some knowledge of the Australian arts sector and an understanding of arts industry drivers would be an advantage.
