In 2012, the Adelaide Festival attracted widespread critical acclaim boasting a program of 37 world premieres and 62 Australian premieres, reinforcing the event’s standing as one of the world’s great mulit-arts festivals.
In 2013, the now annual Adelaide Festival will be held from Friday, March 1 to Sunday, March 17 with annual partnerships offered inclusive from Saturday, July 1 2012 to Sunday, 30 June 2013, including all associated events within this term. Longer term partnerships are also available.
Examples of events that may fall within this term include:
- Program launch – prior to general public release
- VIP function on the festival’s opening night (Friday, March 1 2013), including VIP seating at the opening festival performance
- Various other exclusive pre-function events prior to attending festival performances
- Tickets to attend festival performances
- Exclusive event invitations to a variety of intimate events, held all year rounds designed to build both business and personal relationships with likeminded festival stakeholders
Key dates within your sponsorship calendar include:
- June 2011 to July 2012; various invitations to networking lunch and dinner functions
- October 2011; program and event brand launched, festival tickets on sale
- October – March 2012; festival marketing and publicity campaign in market, sponsor brand association campaigns activated
- March 2012; festival commences, exclusive VIP events, ticketed performances, additional hospitality, and access to target audiences
