The Zoo provides ramps and railings for disability access; disabled toilets. Guide Dogs may enter the front gate and are given a suitable area with shelter and water while their owner visits the Zoo. Guide Dogs are not allowed through the Zoo, as it is a quarantine zone. Wheelchairs for hire.

Elder Hall is equipped with a lift which is located on the eastern side of the building. It is accessible 30 minutes before the starting time of all events in Elder Hall and at other times by arrangement with the Elder Hall Concert Manager on (08) 8303 5925. To drop off or pick up a patron please enter through Gate 22 (just before the traffic lights at the intersection of North Tce and Pulteney St). Don’t be put off by the “no left turn, authorized vehicles only” sign as you are uthorized to use this entrance for access or deliveries to Elder Hall. There is a loading zone in front of the building, or if you need to access the lift you can drive down the side of the building and unload adjacent to the lift.
